This unique 20-unit complex is a piece of paradise located in the Palm Springs Indian Canyon district. The mature landscape, coupled with scenic wonders that are unequalled, gives you the feeling that you have found a hidden gem when you arrive for your relaxing vacation resort stay.

Each unit contains:
- Approx. 1,600 sq. ft. of living space
- Full kitchen and a wide variety of cooking utensils and equipment
- Two (2) full bathrooms, hair dryers, towels and bath soap
- Master bedroom (king) – Guest bedroom (two doubles); no sofa sleeper in living room
- All bedrooms have a TV
- Living room has a 40″ HDTV (some larger)
- Washer and dryer (detergent included)
- Dishwasher
- All bed linens
- DVD in living room
- Access to free Wi-Fi in all units (also available in the pool area)
What is a Vacation Resort
Casitas del Monte Vacation Resort provides you with ultimate alternatives. You can select the Flex Weeks program that allows you to purchase three or five weeks at a fixed cost. Or you can select the standard vacation ownership concept and choose prime, high, or swing seasons.
Vacation Ownership Opportunity
You become an owner in the Casitas del Monte resort and are responsible for annual maintenance fees and taxes. If you prefer being an owner that includes voting rights and other privileges, than you might want to consider the vacation ownership option. Prime, high, and swing weeks are available at minimum investment.
Casitas del Monte annual maintenance fees are consistently one of the lowest in the desert for these spacious two-bedroom units. Usage is based on availability, and you are allowed a 12-month advance reservation. Vacation Ownership offers you the opportunity to take advantage of Bonus Time.
Flex Week
The Casitas del Monte Flex Week provides opportunities to purchase weeks at a special offer – “With no long-term commitments”. There are no reoccurring maintenance fees or taxes. It is a one-time up-front payment that allows you to purchase more weeks, or just terminate after your weeks have been used. This allows you to take advantage of this unique resort, and everything the Palm Springs area has to offer with minimum investment. This program is truly the best weekly offer in the desert.
